MAUD’S was founded by Ann Andzel (Left) in 1993 in a small town outside Buffalo, New York. Ann believed in scratch-made food: a love she instilled and fostered in her four children as they grew. Over 20 years later she and her daughter Molly (Right), son-in-law Jeff, and husband Ed, carry on this belief by offering scratch cooking here at the historic Rock Saloon in New Castle, Colorado. All breads, soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees, pies and sweets are home made. We welcome you to enjoy the comfort food we proudly serve!
